Position Overview
This role revolves around the management of Corporate Actions income and events specific to the Singapore and Hong Kong booking centers.
Typical Responsibilities
- Reconcile custodian payment advices and execute payments to clients.
- Review custodian notifications for corporate actions events and prepare client notifications for both voluntary and mandatory actions.
- Consolidate client responses for voluntary corporate actions and provide instructions to custodians accordingly.
- Collaborate with custodians and front office teams to address income and event-related queries.
Core Duties
- Ensure accurate and prompt data entry related to all income and corporate events processing.
- Engage with custodians to clarify income and event details.
- Resolve inquiries from Relationship Managers, Management Associates, and custodians regarding incomes and events.
- Record commission fees collected or update waiver documentation when fees are exempted.
Additional Contributions
- Draft shareholder disclosure letters upon company requests.
- Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Contribute to various ad hoc projects as assigned.
