The Contingent Labour Office (CLO) partners with business units to streamline and customize the engagement of external resources while balancing commercial and risk considerations. The CLO team comprises internal workforce experts who remain current on market trends and act as trusted advisors, providing innovative solutions and a customer-focused service that minimizes administrative burden.
This role is based in Lethbridge, Alberta but offers virtual work options with occasional monthly in-office meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Applying expert knowledge to guide Hiring Managers in contracting external resources effectively to support their projects and clients.
- Utilizing technology tools to enhance user experience, workflows, and resource management within the CLO.
- Driving process efficiencies and maintaining up-to-date documentation pertinent to all involved stakeholders.
- Managing casework including intake discussions, training stakeholders on vendor management systems, conducting due diligence checks, and maintaining stakeholder communications.
- Leading or assisting with continuous process improvements, maintaining SOPs and knowledge articles, and ensuring policy compliance through trainings and communications.
Candidate Profile
- A professional with 3 to 5 years experience in case management or related roles, preferably with exposure to staffing agencies, contract labor, or contingent workforces.
- Fluency in English with superior written and verbal skills; French bilingualism is advantageous.
- Proficient at managing multiple senior-level stakeholders and external providers with meticulous attention to detail under a fast-paced work environment.
- Organized with strong multi-tasking abilities, ensuring timely high-quality service delivery and documentation to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities involving impact assessments and a commitment to continuous operational improvements.
- Comfortable working with various technologies including vendor management platforms (e.g., Flextrack, Beeline), MS Office (particularly Excel), and ServiceNow as an asset.
- Holds a college or university degree relevant to this field.
Additional Information
English oral and written fluency is mandatory to collaborate with KPMG colleagues and stakeholders.
Salary range in Ontario and BC regions is approximately $55,000 to $82,000 per annum, subject to location, experience, and competencies, plus eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
