  • Maintain contract lifecycle management tools like dashboards and trackers.
  • Collaborate with executives, legal teams, and business units to align procurement practices with company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in contract negotiation and commercial contract law.
  • At least 3 years involved in sourcing or supply chain management within a corporate environment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
