Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of maintenance including commercial outcomes, operational execution, health and safety, workforce resourcing, and team leadership.
• Ensure achievement of Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Operational Performance Measures (OPMs).
• Develop and execute Contract Plans that promote performance enhancement and continuous improvement.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and community members.
• Drive strategic profitable growth aligned with Higgins' corporate values and objectives.
• Collaborate across the wider Higgins organization to support overall business success.
• Elevate the company’s market reputation and foster capability development within the team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in roading, maintenance, and civil infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability managing complex contracts or business operations within civil construction.
• Strong expertise in commercial and financial management including profit and loss accountability.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a capacity to inspire, support, and develop team members.
• Capability to adapt to evolving commercial environments and apply practical solutions promptly.
• Proactive mindset, robust business acumen, and result-oriented approach.
