Contract Manager

Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services within your designated area, ensuring that performance consistently meets contractual commitments and aligns with divisional strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery across your area to uphold high standards and meet contractual and strategic objectives.
• Provide training to employees as needed to maintain service quality.
• Supervise stock orders to your sites and monitor the consumption rates.
• Inspire and motivate site managers, supervisors, and staff to deliver exceptional services.
• Maintain accuracy in the scheduling system and ensure employees comply with booking and payroll procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess legal right to work within the European Union.
• Experience supervising or managing employees in any business field.
• Demonstrated hands-on operational experience.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, develop, and retain a geographically dispersed team through leadership of others.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
