Contract Manager - EPC for Utility-Scale Solar Projects

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple Utility-Scale Solar Farm projects across Ireland. Initially, the successful candidate will manage one Solar/PV project and gradually support several others over the forthcoming years.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to effectively control risks and manage contract variations.
• Lead contract negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee claims management processes to resolve contractual issues.
• Administer and manage EPC contracts across various projects ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
• Promote a cooperative and collaborative dynamic with clients, contractors, and third-party stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 75% home-based work, with the remaining time spent on-site or in the office.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market.
• Hands-on experience managing Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects following FIDIC standards.
• A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a commercial-related discipline is mandatory.

Additional Information

Salary range between €100,000 and €120,000, complemented by bonuses and additional benefits.
