Role Overview
Serve as the pivotal support for a busy contract team by blending administrative duties with coordination and operational assistance. This varied role involves managing several aspects such as subcontractor onboarding, training arrangements, compliance management, procurement support, contract cost monitoring, report review, and implementing efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and training for subcontractors and monitor compliance requirements.
- Assist with procurement procedures and oversee contract administration expenditures.
- Review operational reports and participate in initiatives to enhance team workflows.
- Collaborate closely with managers, supervisors, field staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across commercial, financial, procurement, and operational functions.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering superior administration or coordination services.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with a professional demeanor.
- Strong relationship-building talents with a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting operational, commercial, or project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with JD Edwards, SharePoint or equivalent systems viewed favorably.
- Ability to work autonomously while ensuring high accuracy.
- Proactive with a drive for ongoing process enhancement.
- Possession of a current driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.
