Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies.
- Enhance operations in receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, transportation, and returns.
- Create standardized work procedures and best practices across departments.
- Identify and eradicate waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational performance.
- Analyze operational trends and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans.
- Communicate outcomes and measure the impact of projects.
- Coach and train leaders in continuous improvement techniques.
- Facilitate workshops for problem-solving and process enhancement.
- Promote a culture emphasizing ownership and excellence.
- Build company-wide capacity for continuous improvement.
- Support facility growth and onboarding of new customers.
- Lead initiatives to improve capacity and scalability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent operational leadership experience (5+ years).
- Proven success in managing process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and operational reporting.
- Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, distribution, or third-party logistics is a plus.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
- Background supporting automation and technology projects.
