About Priority Contents

Priority Contents is a certified IICRC-accredited company with over a decade of expertise in supporting insurance claims by providing specialized contents moving and processing services. We deliver comprehensive solutions, including on-site documentation via Encircle, packing, moving, storage, processing, and non-restorable (NR) item listing. Collaborating closely with insurers, restoration firms, and property owners, we aim for precise, efficient, and transparent handling of personal and commercial belongings. Our team members thrive in service-oriented settings where meticulous care for clients’ property is essential.

Role Overview

This full-time hybrid position is based in Langley, British Columbia, combining hands-on work at client locations, warehouse responsibilities, and occasional remote administrative tasks. The Contents Technician’s key duties encompass carefully packing, labeling, and relocating items from sites affected by water, fire, or storm damage. Daily tasks involve documenting items digitally (using tools like Encircle), aiding inventory and NR item listings, loading/unloading trucks, organizing storage securely, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. The technician also coordinates with colleagues, supervisors, and restoration partners and maintains professional rapport with property owners. Some reporting, photo documentation, and follow-up may be conducted remotely.
