Business Unit and Role Purpose

The Growth Marketing department at HRS is essential in driving the success of the Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform. This team works across departments to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth marketing, relying heavily on data analytics and prioritizing customer success. The department fosters a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership of the full customer experience. Campaign Managers within the team are proactive learners who improve tools and processes and effectively communicate across stakeholders.

Position Overview

We are looking for an AI Project Manager to support the Global Marketing Team in managing content and creative initiatives tied to AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate, benchmark, and incorporate new large language models (LLMs) tailored to different departments and use cases.
• Manage multi-model pipelines to optimize output quality, diversity, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Develop prompt systems that support design mechanics, game economies, progression, and balancing concepts.
• Assist with narrative development including storyline, quests, world-building, dialogue, and item design.
• Support engineering teams by providing documentation, system design drafts, technical breakdowns, and tooling assistance to expedite prototyping and pre-production.
• Collaborate on art, user experience (UX), and production aspects providing concepts for characters, environment, UI text, UX flows, feature descriptions; manage specs, game design documents (GDDs), Jira stories, sprint planning, and retrospectives to minimize coordination hurdles.
• Enhance user acquisition (UA), marketing, and LiveOps by scaling creative and playable content ideation, planning LiveOps schedules, offer creation, and content calendars, enabling rapid iteration across various markets and formats.
• Establish reusable, modular prompt frameworks and a shared internal prompt library; disseminate AI usage best practices and provide training for teams to integrate AI efficiently without impeding production.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and comprehensive understanding of recent AI tools and trends.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with AI platforms such as Azure AI Services and Copilot; knowledge of software development or scripting, preferably Python, is advantageous.
• Self-driven learner with a proactive, curious mindset oriented towards delivering results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Location and Benefits
