Role Overview

As a Consultant in our Organization & Work Transformation practice, you will be integral in managing change within complex organizational and technology transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities include conducting stakeholder and change impact assessments, crafting communication and training materials, leading client deliverables, facilitating workshops, and contributing to change strategies that ensure successful program adoption. Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams drawing on Deloitte's broad expertise is expected.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience supporting organizational change management or technology transformation projects.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver precise outcomes in fast-paced settings.
• Strong collaboration skills, taking responsibility for assigned work with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in project coordination, workshop preparation, and information analysis.
• Exposure to various industries in both public and private sectors is advantageous.
• Analytical capabilities to synthesize information and generate insights for deliverables.
• Skills to identify and escalate risks or challenges appropriately.
• Adaptability in ambiguous conditions and problem-solving acumen.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Consulting experience and eligibility for government security clearance are beneficial.

Total Compensation

The salary range for this role spans $58,000 to $102,000, complemented by eligibility for an annual bonus program. Deloitte’s remuneration philosophy benchmarks across sectors to reward individual contributions and strengths.
