About the Role
We are seeking a Concierge Agent to join our team in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia, offering full-time, on-site employment. This position is crucial for delivering superior hospitality experiences by providing personalized guest services with professionalism and genuine care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional concierge assistance.
- Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, tours, and activities tailored to guests' preferences.
- Provide tailored local recommendations to ensure memorable visits.
- Respond promptly and effectively to special guest requests and concerns.
- Assist front desk and reception teams as needed.
- Work closely with various hotel departments to anticipate and surpass guest expectations.
- Keep precise records of all guest bookings and communications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in concierge services, customer service, or guest relations.
- Strong English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
- Familiarity with front office and reception duties.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Maintains professional appearance and demonstrates a guest-centered approach.
- Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
- Knowledge of local attractions in Tabūk and throughout Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
