Computer Hardware Engineer / Field Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Field Engineer to deliver on-site technical assistance, including installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems at client facilities. The role demands ensuring seamless system functionality and resolving any technical problems encountered.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure hardware and software at customer locations
• Offer direct technical support on site
• Diagnose and fix system and network malfunctions
• Carry out periodic system maintenance and updates
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues
• Document service activities and maintain detailed reports

Candidate Requirements

• Strong problem-solving capabilities
