Role Overview

This role extends beyond property management—it's about cultivating community spirit. The Community Manager at Satel is entrusted with enriching the social life within residential complexes by planning and delivering meaningful experiences that encourage neighborly connections and elevate living into a valued lifestyle choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a weekly calendar of events tailored to all demographics and age groups across managed residential sites, including family-oriented and children's educational, cultural, physical, and social activities.
• Welcome every new resident with a personalized contact within 72 hours of their arrival, using a customized Welcome Program representative of each community's unique identity.
• Carry out monthly resident satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback to enhance programs, collaborate insights with Operations and Marketing teams, and administer a resident loyalty scheme that fosters lease renewals through appealing benefits and partnerships with local premium brands.
• Create genuine, engaging content sourced within communities to support Satel's marketing efforts, reinforcing the appeal of their residences in Riyadh.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for fostering community connections and interpersonal engagement.
• Proven experience in community management, hospitality, event planning, or residential services is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable managing diverse groups including families with children, young professionals, and international residents.
• Creative, proactive, and well-organized, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English to effectively connect with diverse residents and partners.
• Previous exposure to premium residential or hospitality environments is an advantage.
