Commissioning and Training Supervisor - Qatar

Job Overview

We are seeking a Commissioning and Training Supervisor to be based in Ras Lafan, Qatar. The contract is scheduled to commence in mid-August and will last approximately 2 to 3 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The role involves a full-time onsite commitment of 10 hours per day, six days a week (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Guide the client on the usage and functions of eight workshop tools, including pipe bending machines, welding machines, grinders/benders, hydraulic pullers, and other related equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Explain the primary operation principles of the machinery.
• Demonstrate correct positioning of accessories and verify operational results.
• Oversee routine maintenance of machinery.
• Serve as the onsite point of contact to provide guidance and liaise with equipment manufacturers for further technical support if required.

• The training program is concise, oriented around key machinery functions, safety guidelines, and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Accommodation, meals, visa, and transportation will be provided and organized by the client.
• Supervision and training activities will take place during a single site visit.
