Role Overview

The Collection Specialist based in Dubai will play a crucial role in credit control and collections within our Service Business. This position entails oversight of invoicing processes, dispute management, and credit risk mitigation, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing financial losses. The role demands strong analytical capabilities paired with a client-focused approach, delivering effective credit management aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries concerning collection matters, handle refunds, account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies or payment shortfalls.
• Oversee assigned accounts by conducting customer communications, processing credit memos, managing small balance write-offs, and facilitating reconciliations.
• Work proactively to reduce overdue payments and collection delinquency for designated accounts.
• Undertake other responsibilities supporting the Accounts Receivable Department as required.
• Collaborate with sales and senior leadership to expedite collection activities when necessary.
• Maintain timely communication and follow-up with sales teams regarding customer accounts.
• Build and sustain cooperative partnerships with dealers and sales staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience handling high-volume corporate field collections.
• Solid understanding of billing, collection procedures, and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong detail orientation with a focus on achieving goals.
• Dedication to superior customer service standards.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Capable of prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Holds a valid driver’s license and possesses work experience in the UAE.
