Role Overview

The Collection Specialist based in Dubai will play a crucial role in credit control and collections within our Service Business. This position entails oversight of invoicing processes, dispute management, and credit risk mitigation, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing financial losses. Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries concerning collection matters, handle refunds, account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies or payment shortfalls.
  • Oversee assigned accounts by conducting customer communications, processing credit memos, managing small balance write-offs, and facilitating reconciliations.
  • Work proactively to reduce overdue payments and collection delinquency for designated accounts.
  • Undertake other responsibilities supporting the Accounts Receivable Department as required.
  • Collaborate with sales and senior leadership to expedite collection activities when necessary.
  • Maintain timely communication and follow-up with sales teams regarding customer accounts.
  • Build and sustain cooperative partnerships with dealers and sales staff.
