Role and Responsibilities
- Strategize and drive sales growth, revenue enhancement, and profitability throughout the assigned cluster.
- Consistently monitor and meet business objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers to boost team capabilities and overall performance.
- Guarantee outstanding customer service and maintain premium experiences within stores.
- Track key performance indicators such as sales figures, conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), footfall, and staff productivity.
- Perform regular store inspections and operational audits to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure availability of stock, control shrinkage, and protect company assets.
- Assess staffing needs and oversee recruitment, training initiatives, and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies relating to attendance, grooming standards, and disciplinary protocols.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments including Merchandising, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Prepare detailed business performance reports and formulate actionable plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, all legal regulations, and safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- Have 5 to 8 years of experience in retail sales with a minimum of 2 to 3 years managing multiple store locations.
- Experience in premium retail, luxury retail, or lifestyle brand environments is highly desirable.
