Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cluster Manager to oversee multiple funeral service sites including Frederick W Paine Funeral Directors in Hampton Hill and provide regional support. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive annual salary plus a £4,500 car allowance for travel between locations. Join us to lead dedicated teams in delivering dignified, compassionate end-of-life services and help to grow our trusted funeral brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple brands and teams across different sites to achieve operational success.
- Create and nurture a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture.
- Ensure outstanding client service and maintain trust with families during difficult times.
- Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives and improve performance within the community served.
- Coach, motivate, and develop individuals and teams to achieve results.
- Manage costs efficiently and adhere to regulatory compliance within the funeral industry.
- Travel between sites using a full UK manual driving license.
