Role Overview
The Clinical Support Lead will assist in guiding one of Arine's clinical teams that utilize the Arine platform to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. This role focuses on managing a patient engagement program aiming for five-star performance across Medicare Part C and D measures. Collaborating with clinical leadership and client teams, the Lead Clinical Support Specialist directs a dedicated Clinical Care Support team, driving patient adherence, coordinating with providers and pharmacists, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight on goal achievement, progress tracking, and resource allocation for clinical projects.
- Design and implement strategies to optimize medication use and meet quality metrics.
- Manage team productivity and schedules to ensure timely attainment of objectives.
- Maintain quality assurance standards throughout clinical operations.
- Represent Arine’s Clinical Care group in customer and internal meetings.
- Recruit, train, and organize team members while fostering professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members under supervision.
- Address inquiries from patients, providers, and team members professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant federal and state regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year experience successfully managing a Clinical, Patient, or Customer Support team, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven team leadership and coaching skills, particularly in remote work environments.
- Strong analytical abilities with effective problem-solving skills for clinical and operational matters.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
- Effective communication and project management capabilities.
