Clinical Relationship Manager

Overview

Pluto Healthcare seeks a Clinical Relationship Manager based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area to provide ongoing support to travel healthcare professionals (HCPs) throughout their assignments. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth experiences for healthcare professionals during placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for travel HCPs after placement.
• Perform regular outreach through phone, text, and email to check on HCP wellbeing and assignment progress.
• Address daily challenges related to facility issues, scheduling conflicts, and housing coordination.
• Advocate for healthcare professionals by escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Manage retention efforts by tracking assignment end dates and initiating extension discussions 4 to 6 weeks prior.
• Identify candidates open to extending or rebooking assignments and collaborate with recruiters to facilitate these processes.
• Coordinate closely with recruiting, credentialing, and compliance teams.
• Keep detailed records and notes within ATS/CRM platforms.
• Analyze trends affecting HCP satisfaction and retention rates.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of healthcare staffing, account management, care coordination, or customer success experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and an aptitude for building strong professional relationships.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple ongoing professional relationships simultaneously.
• Comfort handling sensitive dialogues and effective problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement in travel nursing or allied healthcare staffing.
• Proficiency using ATS or CRM software.
• Background in retention, client success, or account management roles.
