Role Summary

The Clinical Operations Executive is responsible for directing and managing various operational activities to enhance hospital productivity and improve healthcare service quality. The role ensures delivery of top-tier medical services and outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations to maintain efficient service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Implement and oversee compliance with hospital policies, operational standards, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Support strategic planning efforts focused on service enhancement, innovation, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain quality assurance initiatives to uphold the highest patient safety, care, and satisfaction standards.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators related to clinical results, operational processes, and patient experiences.
• Provide expert advice and act as a resource for senior management on clinical operational issues.
• Manage budgeting, allocate resources, and control costs to maximize financial and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to identify issues requiring immediate attention or further investigation and recommend solutions for improvement.

Education and Experience

A Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field is mandatory. The candidate should have at least eleven years of relevant professional experience.
