Role Overview
Zest AI is seeking a Client Success Associate to support the company’s next stage of growth. This person will work directly with clients such as banks, credit unions, and specialty lenders, taking ownership of client engagements and helping translate AI and machine learning work into measurable business impact. The role combines client relationship management, analytical thinking, and close partnership with internal teams including engineers, product managers, data scientists, and business analysts.
This position can be based in a hybrid setup in the greater Burbank, California area, or performed remotely from anywhere in the continental United States.
What You Will Do
- Own the success of client engagements from end to end.
- Work alongside data scientists and analysts to build machine learning models and show how they create business value.
- Shape client partnership plans in close coordination with business development and sales teams by developing a deep understanding of each client’s organization.
- Present engagement outcomes to client leadership and share progress internally with Zest AI stakeholders.
- Coordinate across executive, product, and technology teams to make sure client needs are reflected in the company’s solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience solving complex, data-heavy problems, with a track record of leading teams and managing large initiatives.
- A background in consulting or customer success for a technology product is considered an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in an analytical or quantitative discipline.
- Very strong quantitative and analytics capability.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Genuine interest in working with clients and helping deliver value to partners.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- A proactive, self-driven, and quick-learning attitude with a focus on results.
