Cleaning Operative

Role Overview

This position requires providing clean, safe environments that enable customers to perform effectively in their workplaces.

Work Schedule

The shift pattern runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Key Duties

• Maintaining cleanliness in workspaces by tidying, cleaning floors, and communal areas.
• Performing physically demanding tasks such as vacuuming carpeted spaces (when required), sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, and possibly washroom cleaning.
• Interacting courteously with customers if the cleaning occurs in open or public areas, addressing queries related to cleaning or reported issues.
• Completing all required Health & Safety documentation and attending mandatory training sessions.

Candidate Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
• Possession of a smartphone is necessary to use the Timegate Time and Attendance system for clocking in/out and logging cleaning activities.
• Previous experience in cleaning is beneficial but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough task completion.
