About the Role

Royal York Property Management is a prominent property management firm overseeing thousands of residential rentals throughout Ontario. We are seeking dependable and detail-focused Cleaners to expand our team of cleaning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleans for residential rental units.
• Conduct thorough turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and houses.
• Provide regular housekeeping services for occupied homes when requested.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and other common surfaces.
• Execute detailed cleaning tasks such as baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive assignments, navigate via GPS, update job statuses, upload photos, and review instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company cleanliness standards.
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be cleaned effectively.
• Travel independently to scheduled cleaning appointments using your own vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Proficient in both move-in/move-out cleaning and routine housekeeping duties.
• Possession of a reliable vehicle to transport yourself and cleaning supplies to job sites.
• Have your own cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential cleaning jobs.
• Own a suitable smartphone capable of running a mobile work app, navigating with GPS, taking clear photos, reading instructions, and submitting updates.
• Comfortable cleaning detailed areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Ability to work independently and follow specified cleaning protocols.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual, comfortable with arrival times verified by GPS.
