Claims Adviser

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Adviser to join FMG's Christchurch Claims team starting late September 2026. In this phone-based position, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with their claims processes by lodging claims, managing diverse client portfolios, addressing queries, and delivering effective solutions. Your role requires daily direct communication with clients to ensure both their satisfaction and FMG's outcomes are met.

Work Hours and Schedule

Work hours range from 7:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Employees will be scheduled for either an early shift or a 10:00am to 6:30pm shift, requiring flexibility and readiness to work later hours. Additionally, a rotating Saturday shift from 8:30am to 4:00pm is part of the roster.
