Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and take charge of food preparation according to established recipes.
• Collaborate closely and cooperatively with colleagues in a team-focused environment.
• Manage workstation before and after shifts, uphold strict quality standards, ensure careful use and cleaning of kitchen equipment, and assist with receiving inventory.
• Adhere to and enforce legal food safety regulations, including HACCP requirements, as an integral part of your role.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
• Enjoyment of gastronomy and working within an international team.
• Team-oriented mindset and reliability.
• Neat appearance and good interpersonal etiquette.
• Proficiency in German and/or English languages.
