Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Chartered Accountant at Belief Buildcon located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple facets of the company's financial health across construction and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing working capital, overseeing project profitability, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Performance Areas

• Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Manage working capital cycles efficiently to maximize operational capabilities.
• Analyze project profitability and evaluate budget variances to guide financial decision-making.
• Enhance collection processes to improve efficiency and reduce receivables.
• Guarantee strict statutory compliance and timely audits to uphold regulatory standards.
• Ensure accuracy and promptness in Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
• Implement cost optimization strategies for improved financial performance.
• Manage financial risks strategically to protect company assets.

Educational and Professional Background

• CA qualification is highly preferred.
• CMA or ICWA credentials are also desirable.
• MBA in Finance, M.Com, or B.Com candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Professional Experience

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles related to construction, infrastructure, or real estate industries.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations across multiple projects.

Technical Expertise Required

• Project accounting and cost control expertise.
• Strong skills in financial planning and analysis including budgeting and forecasting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash flow and treasury management.
• Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Registrar of Companies compliance.
• Familiarity with banking practices and project financing.
• Management of MIS and financial reporting systems.
• Understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in working capital management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally Prime.
