Role Summary

At Urban Company India, the business is organized into three main verticals, each containing core categories led by individual business heads. These verticals include Beauty (such as salons and spa therapy), Home (appliance repair, cleaning, electricians, plumbing, painting), and Products (B2B sales of beauty and home care items).

The Category Manager plays a pivotal role in scaling category volumes and revenues across assigned regions while ensuring exceptional customer and partner satisfaction. This position requires managing daily operations across cities and spearheading central growth initiatives focused on sustainable and profitable expansion, fostering customer and partner loyalty, and leading a team in alignment with the company's values. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies is essential. This is a hands-on entrepreneurial role with a direct impact on business outcomes.
