Cart Attendant

Position Overview

As a Cart Attendant, you play a vital role in shaping the customer's first and last impression of our store. Your main duties include gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to transport them inside, and ensuring the shopping carts remain clean and sanitary. This role requires maintaining a positive and proactive approach regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• An hourly wage ranging from $14 to $27, which will always meet or surpass the minimum wage mandated in the job's location.
• Additional pay components may include annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
• Situational premiums may range from $0.35 up to $3.00 per hour, contingent on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or special tasks completed. Multiple premiums can be applicable if criteria are met.

Work Schedule and Location

This full-time position is offered at Walmart Supercenter #5151, located at 825 Cartersville Hwy SE, Rome, GA, 30161. Shifts available are mid-shift and closing.
