Reliable Investigation Services invites applications for the position of Telecaller based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This full-time opportunity lies within the Background Verification industry, where the selected individual will play a vital role in communication and coordination to support the verification process efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound dialing as well as answer inbound customer and candidate calls in a professional manner.
• Reach out to candidates and clients to gather and authenticate necessary data for background checks.
• Clarify the details of the verification procedures and address common questions received.
• Regularly follow up with candidates to secure outstanding documents or data required to complete verification.
• Systematically document call details and update records using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely resolution and closure of background verification cases.
• Meet predetermined calling targets daily while maintaining high standards of call quality and customer service.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants may be graduates or undergraduates, with both freshers and experienced candidates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Odia languages for clear communication is essential.
• Basic IT literacy including usage of MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, persuasion abilities, and aptitude for working towards targets.
• Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.
