Role and Responsibilities

• Independently prepare competitive construction service offers compliant with VOB regulations.
• Analyze and assess tender documents thoroughly.
• Advise the management on all matters related to cost calculation.
• Monitor contracts throughout project phases up to final cost evaluation.

Candidate Profile

• Expertise in cost calculation and preparation of complex offers for public and private construction clients.
• Minimum of three years practical, multidisciplinary experience in existing building construction, for example as a site manager.
• Qualification as a master craftsman, technician, or completion of basic studies in construction or technical fields.
• Fluent business-level German communication skills, both spoken and written.

Our Offer

• Permanent employment contract with 30 days of annual leave.
• Annual salary ranging between 54,000 and 66,000 euros, depending on qualifications.
