Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to contribute to innovative design solutions for high-profile events nationwide. The designer will create precise technical drawings using an established parts library for sales personnel, clients, building inspectors, and field technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to develop design solutions within functional constraints.
• Engage in design evaluations and perform site survey assessments.
• Generate drawings and specifications that comply with applicable codes.
• Manage project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Review and verify technical drawings across multiple design software platforms.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings to guide production processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience with AutoCAD is essential.
• An Associate's degree or AutoCAD certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in entertainment or event industries such as live events, sports venues, or theater is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD with proficiency in dynamic blocks, including creating and expanding libraries.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software, including 3DS Max, is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient with PC-based computing, Microsoft Office suite, Windows OS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be willing to work on-site at the office location.
• Position subject to background check and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits

This temporary role offers hourly pay ranging from $22 to $26, based on your experience.
