Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire cable package lifecycle, ensuring safety adherence, schedule compliance, and budget control.
• Coordinate effectively across functions such as engineering, procurement, construction, and other project areas.
• Manage contractors and suppliers to guarantee quality standards and prompt deliveries.
• Identify and manage risks spanning technical, commercial, and installation factors.
• Maintain strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance, marine regulations, and promote a safety-focused culture.

Requirements and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in cable design and installation across offshore and onshore environments, together with project management competencies.
• Effective communication skills and experience handling stakeholder engagement and coordination roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of offshore engineering principles, applicable industry norms, and regulatory frameworks.
