The VIP Butler / Housekeeper plays a vital role in delivering bespoke, high-end service within a prestigious private residence. This position requires maintaining seamless household operations while upholding the utmost standards of hospitality, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Duties

• Offer tailored service to the principals and their guests, ensuring a flawless luxury living experience.
• Supervise daily household functions and liaise with housekeeping, culinary, security, and maintenance departments.
• Manage both formal and casual dining services, including table arrangements, serving food and beverages, and assisting with events.
• Prepare and organize the residence for family comings and goings, meetings, and special events.
• Keep track of household supplies, luxury items, and guest amenities inventories.
• Arrange travel plans, bookings, and respond to personal requests as needed.
• Maintain immaculate condition of the residence at all times.
• Oversee and assist household staff to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Deal with sensitive matters with the highest confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a diploma or certification in Hospitality, Luxury Service, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience as a Butler, Chief Butler, or in luxury service roles within private estates, royal households, VIP families, yachts, or five-star hotel environments.
• Formal butler training from a recognized institution is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global etiquette, protocol, and luxury service benchmarks.
