Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process & Change Management Analyst specializing in the banking sector for an onsite contract role based in Toronto, Canada. The assignment spans 6 to 12 months and requires over 8 years of experience in similar roles.

Core Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze detailed business requirements across various banking functions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation encompassing functional and non-functional specifications.
• Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance professionals to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Assist in managing production releases, handling issue resolution, and conducting functional testing to maintain product quality.
• Drive continuous process enhancements and ensure the successful implementation of banking product deliveries.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst, primarily within the banking industry.
• Proven expertise in managing Global Account Transfers and Liquidity Management processes.
• Strong ability to gather and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting production releases, issue triage, and functional quality assurance.
• Hands-on involvement in functional testing and quality validation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
