Role Overview
We seek a Business Process Analyst to design, document, and enhance workflows and systems supporting our global supply chain. This role bridges people, processes, and technology by collaborating with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to identify inefficiencies, improve operations, and translate business needs into actionable system configurations and process enhancements. This position is critical to scaling supply chain operations as Tenstorrent grows and involves ERP adoption, integration mapping, master data quality management, and cross-functional change management. The position is remote, based in Toronto, ON.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, document, and continuously refine supply chain processes across Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
- Collaborate with functional leaders and ERP owners to gather requirements, identify configuration gaps, and promote process standardization, including ERP integrations with PLM, WMS, and logistics systems.
- Manage master data workflows by defining standards, auditing data quality, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across platforms.
- Lead or assist sprint-based process improvements, facilitating sessions, recording action items, and tracking progress to completion.
- Analyze supply chain data and system outputs to uncover operational inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and suggest data-driven enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in business process analysis or operational improvements within fast-paced supply chain, manufacturing, or hardware environments, with a data-focused mindset to identify root causes and recommend practical scalable solutions.
- Familiar with ERP and PLM systems like SAP, capable of mapping system integrations and aligning system functions with business intentions.
- Knowledgeable in master data management, appreciating how data governance and quality support dependable supply chain operations.
- Effective communicator and change management practitioner able to document complex workflows, lead requirements sessions, and guide stakeholders through process and system transitions from alignment to training and adoption.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, skilled in diagnosing process breakdowns and proposing viable improvements.
