Fresha is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Qatar operations. Fresha is an AI-driven operating system built for the beauty, wellness, and self-care sector, supporting businesses such as salons, barbers, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices.
The platform is trusted by millions of consumers and businesses around the world and is used by more than 140,000 businesses and 450,000 stylists and professionals. It has already handled over 1 billion appointments. Headquartered in London, UK, Fresha also operates from 15 offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
The company helps customers discover, book, and pay for services through a marketplace, while businesses use its all-in-one software and financial technology tools to manage bookings, point of sale, client data, marketing automation, loyalty programs, product inventory, and team operations. The marketplace also supports partner growth through online bookings, automated marketing, and integrations with major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
This position reports to the Business Development Team Lead for GCC and is focused entirely on generating new business. It is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, works well independently, and wants to have a measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and social touchpoints to win new business.
- Present and promote products and services through demos for both prospective and current partners.
- Own the full sales journey, from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Assess partner needs and commercial fit through cost-benefit and needs analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth partner experience.
- Share insights on market developments and industry trends.
- Respond to all qualified inbound leads promptly and log every call outcome in the CRM.
- Act as the main commercial contact for partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of strong B2B sales experience with a proven record of results.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is preferred.
- A proactive, hunter-style approach with strong relationship-building ability.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Natural curiosity and a strong desire to keep learning and improving.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.

The interview process includes three steps: a 30-minute video screening with the Talent Team, a 45-minute video interview with the Hiring Manager for skills and experience, and a 75-minute video presentation interview with the Hiring Team.
