Job Overview

Generating new business opportunities by leveraging the adviser team.
Leading and inspiring the team of advisers to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Conducting regular training sessions and providing ongoing guidance and support to enhance adviser capabilities.
Ensuring continuous business growth and steady adviser performance.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from 18,000 to 28,000 INR.
