About the Role

HR Globe Recruitment Service is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team for an IT robotic data collection company. The candidate will primarily focus on generating a strong business pipeline by securing new clients in various multi-worker and multi-shift industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve a daily target of converting at least 8 new businesses for commercial video data collection services.
Focus on environments such as factories, manufacturing units, workshops, service centers, commercial kitchens, warehouses, printing and packaging units, and facility management operations.
Complete business conversion forms accurately and submit them the same day for every successful conversion.
Ensure that each converted business is verified, reachable, and scheduled for recording sessions.
Maintain a minimum weekly conversion threshold of 50 businesses.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in any field sales role.
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
