Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and analytically skilled Business Analyst to serve as a crucial link between organizational demands and technological solutions. This full-time position welcomes applicants with entry to mid-level experience and focuses on collecting business requirements, scrutinizing workflows, and aiding in the implementation of strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements from multiple departments.
- Analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to uncover improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Convert business needs into detailed functional documents, user stories, flowcharts, and formal documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to deliver efficient business solutions.
- Perform data analysis and process evaluations to support decision-making.
- Lead or participate in meetings and workshops to gather insights and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Contribute to project planning, testing phases, deployment, and managing change processes.
- Develop various reports, dashboards, business cases, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct gap, root cause, and impact analyses for initiatives.
- Assist with user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet business expectations.
- Track project results and suggest enhancements to maintain continuous improvement.
- Maintain organized documentation including process maps and project records.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Preferable experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Adept at gathering, documenting, and interpreting complex requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as business documentation tools.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Knowledge in business process modeling, project management, and system implementation methods is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
