Available Positions

Due to continuous growth, RCC is hiring Building Construction Engineers at various experience levels for Sydney projects. Roles available include Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and Senior Project Engineer. These positions are project-based and site-centric, ideal for engineers who prefer hands-on involvement in complex construction efforts.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering building construction projects from initial phases through to completion.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate on-site activities.
• Support program management along with quality assurance and budget control.
• Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), contract variations, progress claims, and reporting procedures.
• Ensure all works comply with design plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and the wider project delivery team.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in building construction projects is mandatory.
• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Experience in roles such as Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer.
• Ability to operate confidently on active construction sites within dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Sydney for enduring project commitments.
• Civil engineering experience limited to infrastructure such as roads, rail, or utilities without building construction background will not be considered.
