Role Overview

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships. This role includes direct selling of life insurance products to customers while meeting sales objectives. Candidates will conduct client needs assessments, recommend suitable products, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
Directly market and sell life insurance policies to meet sales goals.
Evaluate client requirements and suggest appropriate insurance options.
Ensure timely completion of annual protection review calls as scheduled.

Compensation

The remuneration package offers up to 3.9 lakh per annum, subject to interview performance, along with incentive opportunities.
