Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-centric Branch Sales Executive to operate in locations including Barapani, Shillong, Tura, Nongstoin, and Bornihat. This position calls for a strong grasp of customer requirements, a consultative approach towards selling, and a readiness to work diligently.

Qualifications and Salary

The candidate should have completed 12th grade or hold a graduate degree. The fixed salary offered ranges between 17000 to 200000 INR.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage customers with a solution-oriented and needs-based approach to sell credit card products.
Develop and sustain robust client relationships through consistent engagement.
Perform market research to identify potential clients and comprehend their needs thoroughly.
Strive to achieve and surpass sales targets via effective customer interaction.

Key Requirements

Capability to understand and effectively fulfill customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
Preference given to local candidates possessing insight into the local market dynamics.
