Job Overview

Lalitha Jewellery Mart is seeking a diligent Billing Executive to manage billing operations efficiently. The role focuses on preparing invoices through our ERP system while maintaining precise billing documentation.

Key Duties

Accurately generate invoices using the company ERP software.
Confirm customer details, product/service data, pricing, and quantities before processing invoices.
Liaise with sales, accounting, and other departments to resolve billing inquiries.
Create daily billing summaries and support record reconciliation efforts when needed.
Manage invoice amendments, adjustments, and track unresolved billing matters.

Qualifications and Skills

Basic computer proficiency.
Strong mathematical skills with precise calculation capability.
Familiarity with ERP or billing software is advantageous.
Proficient typing skills and attention to accuracy in data handling.
Effective communication and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with competence in independently managing routine billing workloads.
