About the Company
ABU Construction has more than three decades of specialization in industrial and thermal power plant operation and maintenance, as well as works contracting. The company supports Mahagenco power stations throughout Maharashtra, including locations such as Koradi, Khaperkheda, Bhusawal, Chandrapur, among others.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
The role involves complete ownership of the tender process, managing the tender pipeline by monitoring Notice Inviting Tenders (NITs) published on Mahagenco's e-procurement platforms. Responsibilities include preparing technically and commercially compliant bids and handling submissions related to Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Bank Guarantees (BG).
Requirements
- Between 3 to 6 years of direct experience in PSU or government e-tendering, with strong preference for exposure in the power sector (experience with Mahagenco, NTPC, or Government e-Marketplace is highly regarded).
- Proven ability and a record of successfully managing specific tenders personally.
- Familiarity with regulatory and procedural aspects pertaining to EMD, Security Deposits (SD), Bank Guarantees, and statutory compliances like GST, PF, and ESIC documentation.
Additional Information
The ideal candidate should be well-versed with tender desk operations in the power sector. This position is located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
