Key Responsibilities
- Offer a warm and courteous greeting to guests as they arrive, assisting with check-in including verifying information, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, and providing welcome materials or bell services.
- Facilitate smooth check-out procedures by confirming charges, processing payments, issuing receipts, and accurately operating the point-of-sale system.
- Share detailed knowledge about the hotel’s facilities, room categories, pricing, promotions, and local attractions to effectively address guest inquiries.
- Encourage use of hotel services and amenities by skillfully recommending available options to enhance revenue through up-selling techniques.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly responding to requests, resolving any concerns with care and urgency, and managing messages and communication efficiently.
