Key Responsibilities

• Engage guests with a positive, friendly demeanor and proactively enhance their experience
• Skillfully prepare, garnish, and serve beverages according to established recipes to guarantee quality and satisfaction
• Keep bar operations running smoothly by stocking and organizing all supplies, including drinks, glassware, and perishables
• Accurately process payments through the point-of-sale system, handling cash, cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
• Oversee inventory management and ensure the freshness and quality of beverages and related items
• Professionally address guest concerns, particularly managing intoxicated guests respectfully to maintain a safe environment
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to uphold the wellbeing of guests and team members
