Role overview

This full-time, in-person Barista position is based in Gurugram. The role centers on making and serving coffee and other beverages, delivering a strong customer experience, and keeping the workspace tidy and well arranged.

• Prepare coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Deliver prompt, helpful, and high-quality customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area.
• Use strong communication and people-handling skills throughout the shift.

What is expected

• 2 to 3 years of experience working as a barista.
• Latte art skills are preferred and considered an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
• A positive approach and willingness to learn.
• A bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
