Role Overview

We seek a skilled Barista to craft and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, and espresso while ensuring high quality and timely delivery. The role involves engaging customers warmly, maintaining a clean, organized preparation area, and handling transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve diverse coffee and tea drinks professionally and punctually, adhering strictly to recipe standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by accurately taking orders, responding to inquiries, and offering beverage recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of workstations, ensuring equipment is kept in good working order.
• Create a welcoming environment by interacting with customers to enhance their satisfaction.
• Manage inventory by placing orders for supplies needed for beverage preparation.
• Handle payment transactions including cash and credit cards with precision.
• Follow all health and safety protocols relevant to food and beverage handling.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong enthusiasm for coffee, with knowledge of brewing methods and various coffee varieties.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills.
• Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to cleanliness and quality control.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long durations and lift heavy items such as coffee bags and equipment when needed.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic arithmetic to manage transactions.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite role. Candidates should be prepared for flexible scheduling and physical demands typical of the role.
