Role Overview

This position involves supporting daily operations related to Gold loans at a branch level while delivering excellent customer service. The candidate will actively assist the branch team in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the branch's Gold loan procedures and customer interactions every day.
Support the team in managing and resolving customer questions and concerns efficiently.
Engage in efforts to generate leads, acquire new clients, and maintain existing customer relationships.
Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives designed to improve the branch's presence and visibility as tenure grows.
Develop skills to help build personalized client connections and maintain these relationships over time.
Perform various administrative duties including data entry and report preparation for branch operations.
Obtain practical experience and knowledge about financial services, products, and customer relationship management.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this role ranges between 10,000 and 25,000 INR.
